1 - 3 business days (longer during holidays) to print your design and triple-check for mistakes
3 - 5 business days (longer during holidays) for shipping. (It usually takes 2-3 days, but sometimes/often the Post Office drops the ball).  Your package may very well during the holiday season take a very scenic route around part of the country.

- Gently wash with soapy water with soft cloth or sponge.  Hand wash only.  Do not soak in water and soap.
- Ensure no soap residue is left behind.  It can affect the design over time.
- Avoid extreme heat.
- Do Not Microwave.
- Avoid dishwashers to preserve design.
- Do not bleach.
